Indoor Sessions

Our indoor workouts located at my home gym offer an opportunity to move weights! Here we focus on HIIT style workouts with the goal of gaining muscle strength and stamina. Private sessions, semi private and group fit camps available!

Fit Camps

Larrabee Stadium at Ventura High School

Our workouts at Larrabee Stadium incorporate both aerobic and anaerobic exercises. We take full advantage of the stadiums, track and field. In addition we bring weighted equipment such as TRX straps, medicine balls, resistance bands, sand bags, and free weights. All of our workouts are designed to cater to all fitness levels and abilities. 

Ventura Pier (Beach day)

We host Fit Camp at the Ventura Pier one Sunday per month. The venue allows for a cardiovascular driven workout including a short warm up jog from the parking lot. We then head to the end of the pier and continue with strength training surrounded by the beauty of Ventura's beaches. 

SULphur mountain Trail & Harmon canyon Trail

The trail workout is like no other. We use the environment to its fullest potential. After a strong warm up of core work we head to conquer the trail! Depending on your level and ability we will hike, or run to the top of the trail. Sometimes we incorporate Grant Park, where we perform a variety of strength exercises before heading back to home base for a good cool down stretch session. 

Arroyo Verde Park

Arroyo Verde Park is usually where we spend our weekdays. Fit Camp is held here or at Larrabee Stadium on Tuesday and Thursday evenings . We use the trails for warming up and cooling down. The meat of our workout is done on the grass using the variety of hills and picnic areas for a killer workout. All levels and abilities are welcome here as well!

Here at DATA we get a chance to focus on muscular strength training. We utilize the equipment provided including a 6 ft wall climb, monkey bar with fireman pole, pull up bars and much more! If upper body strengthening is something you are in need of this is the workout for you! But don't let it scare you. Flex fitness is prepared to regress and progress the workout routine to suit all fitness levels!
