Fit Camp at DeAnza focuses on muscular development. We take advantage of the play fields for a general warm up then challenge our anerobic capacity with compound strength training. Some of the equipment you can look forward to encountering are the ultimate sandbag, TRX suspension straps, body band for assistive pull ups, and medicine balls. In addition to strength training we will challenge your inner child with monkey bars, and wall climbing! If this sounds like more than you can handle...COME! There is only one true way to begin a new better self and that is with trying NEW things! It is our goal at Flex to encourage all of our clients to at least try...failing can only come from not trying in the first place.

What is Flex "fit camp": 
Fit Camp is a strength and cardiovascular driven workout designed for ALL fitness levels. I keep the groups on the smaller side which allows for safe workouts and a more hands on approach. 

Who should come: 
Join in if your looking for fat loss without sacrificing muscle. Or if you simply want to feel better and stronger! 8am is for intermediate/advanced and 9am is for beginners. 6pm weekday fit camp is for all levels.

Need:
I will provide workout equipment, but please bring a mat if you have one as well as water. I will have extra mat's with me just in case.

$120 month of July unlimited classes (ONLY $10 PER WORKOUT!!)
