Fit Camp - VHS

It's February...how are your new year's resolutions coming?! If your in need of a kick in the pants join me and my fit camper's for another month long challenge! Join my crew every Thursday from 6-7pm at VHS track and field. Drop in when you can or sign up for unlimited classes all month long! All levels and abilities welcome. At the start of each month I will administer fitness tests and body composition testing. We will re-test at the start of each month to measure progress and help keep you motivated. Winners will receive fun prizes!

What is Flex "fit camp": 
Fit Camp is a strength and cardiovascular driven workout designed for ALL fitness levels. I keep the groups on the smaller side which allows for safe workouts and a more hands on approach. 

Who should come: 
Join in if your looking for fat loss without sacrificing muscle. Or if you simply want to feel better and stronger! 8am is for intermediate/advanced and 9am is for beginners. 6pm weekday fit camp is for all levels.

Need:
I will provide workout equipment, but please bring a mat if you have one as well as water. I will have extra mat's with me just in case. 

How much:
$110 month of February unlimited classes (JUST $10 PER WORKOUT!!)
$85 6 Fit Camp workouts (doesn't expire) Saving's of $35
$20 drop in per camp
