Join us this Tuesday from 6-7pm near the entrance to the aquatic center at the beautiful Kimball Park. We will start with core then head around the perimeter of the park for strength and cardio! Don't think your ready for fit camp? YOU ARE... All levels and abilities welcome and catered to! Now get that booty in gear before the new year!
What is Flex "fit camp":
Fit Camp is a strength and cardiovascular driven workout designed for ALL fitness levels. I keep the groups on the smaller side which allows for safe workouts and a more hands on approach.
Who should come:
Join in if your looking for fat loss without sacrificing muscle. Or if you simply want to feel better and stronger! 8am is for intermediate/advanced and 9am is for beginners. 6pm weekday fit camp is for all levels.
Need:
I will provide workout equipment, but please bring a mat if you have one as well as water. I will have extra mat's with me just in case.
