Fit Camp - VHS Track and Field

Join my crew this Tuesday from 6-7pm at VHS track and field and get a head start on April's month long fitness challenge.  All levels and abilities welcome. At the start of April I will administer fitness tests and body composition testing. We will re-test at the start of each month to measure progress and help keep you motivated. 

What is Flex "fit camp": 
Fit Camp is a strength and cardiovascular driven workout designed for ALL fitness levels. I keep the groups on the smaller side which allows for safe workouts and a more hands on approach. 

Who should come: 
Join in if your looking for fat loss without sacrificing muscle. Or if you simply want to feel better and stronger! 8am is for intermediate/advanced and 9am is for beginners. 6pm weekday fit camp is for all levels.

Need:
I will provide workout equipment, but please bring a mat if you have one as well as water. I will have extra mat's with me just in case.
