Oh Chestnut hill...how we love to hate you! This workout is amazing. Here we incorporate HITT body weight training and steep hill repeats that you can walk, jog, or sprint! We park at set up in the city hall parking lot which is adjacent to the hill itself. Please bring a mat, and water to this workout and all others! All fitness levels welcome and first timers are always FREE! Come enjoy the view of the beautiful downtown Ventura and beach view from the top of the hill with us!
