Fit Camp at kimball park has it all! Here we take advantage of the outer loop of the park which you can walk-jog, or run! We stop at each bench during the loop at do body weight strength movements such as lunges, dips, sit ups, and burpee's! Once finished we continue to utilize the aquatic center's quad where we do movements such as step ups/box jumps, split squats, pushups, etc! All fitness levels are welcome as each workout is scaled to suit you! First timers are always FREE!
