This Sunday we will be back on Ventura's Botanical Garden Trail. I will be hosting from 8-9am for all levels! We will test our lungs with some hiking/trail running along with body weight strength training at Grant Park. The distance you hike/run is up to your speed but either way we will all strength trail together!
What is Flex "fit camp":
Fit Camp is a strength and cardiovascular driven workout designed for ALL fitness levels. I keep the groups on the smaller side which allows for safe workouts and a more hands on approach.
Who should come:
Join in if your looking for fat loss without sacrificing muscle. Or if you simply want to feel better and stronger! 8am is for intermediate/advanced and 9am is for beginners.
Need:
I will provide workout equipment, but please bring a mat if you have one as well as water. I will have extra mat's with me just in case.
