Fit Camp at Arroyo Verde Park

Thats right summer is almost over! Time to get a head start on the holiday's...Join my 30 day fit camp challenge because it's never too late to feel your best! Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7pm and Sunday mornings at 8 or 9am. Drop in when you can or sign up for unlimited classes all month long! All levels and abilities welcome. At the start of each month I will administer fitness tests and body composition testing. We will re-test at the start of each month to measure progress and help keep you motivated. Winners will receive fun prizes!

What is Flex "fit camp": 
Fit Camp is a strength and cardiovascular driven workout designed for ALL fitness levels. I keep the groups on the smaller side which allows for safe workouts and a more hands on approach. 

Who should come: 
Join in if your looking for fat loss without sacrificing muscle. Or if you simply want to feel better and stronger! 8am is for intermediate/advanced and 9am is for beginners. 6pm weekday fit camp is for all levels.

Need:
I will provide workout equipment, but please bring a mat if you have one as well as water. I will have extra mat's with me just in case. 

How much:
$120 month of September unlimited classes (ONLY $10 PER WORKOUT!!)
